Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of 30 or more days prior result in $50 cancellation fee. Early departure or cancellation due to inclement weather no refund of rental. Hurricane and Oil Spill Policy: Prorated refund of unused days less cleaning fee ONLY IF Mandatory Evacuation or Beach Closing.
