$200 fully refundable security damage deposit required in 10 days of holding, not applied to rental.

Visa, Discover and Mastercard accepted. ALL Inclusive Rates. Guests only need to purchase $2.25 wrist band for each guest over age 12 on arrival.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day or more notice required for cancellations less $50 cancellation fee.

No refunds for early departures or cancellations due to weather.

Hurricane Policy:Prorated Reund of unused days less parking and cleaning fees ONLY IF Mandatory Evacuation or Beach Closing.
