Payment Policy:
All Rates in US Dollars.
You must add a one time housekeeping charge of $130.00, plus sales tax of 11%. As our guests you also recieve one umbrella and two beach chairs daily a $40.00/day value. Specials sometimes available if booking within 72 hours of arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one nights rent. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the total booking price. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

The SBT-COA prohibts renting to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. They also require that parents or guardians provide adequate supervision of singles under 25 in a ratio of one parent or guardian per two singles under 25 years of age.
Bring your own beach towels. Linens are not to be taken from the unit.
We respectfully request that you remember you are staying in our home during your visit, please treat it with care.
All units are inventoried and inspected before and after each occupancy. Guests agree to be personally liable for any and all damages to the unit. Damages include but are not limited to the following:
1) Damage done to the unit or its contents including the linens.
2) Missing items upon the departure inventory check.
3) Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the unit.
4) Smoking or evidence of smoking in the unit.
5) Stains to carpets, upholstery, countertops, or soft goods within the unit.
In case of a HURRICANE - Refunds will not be issued unless:
the National Hurricane Center advises that we are in a named “Hurricane Warning Area”
