You get spectacular views from each bedroom of this home. Three of the bedrooms are suites with king size beds and in suite bathrooms. One suite also has its own private porch.

This property is spread over almost 3 acres and it boasts of a private tennis court, heated pool, tidal pool and dock. Strolling around the garden or splashing out in the sparkling heated pool can be tremendous fun here. From here you can also access the endless expanse of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living room of Marathon house rental is gracefully decorated with all the required amenities including big screen TV with satellite service, DVD player stereo, CD/stereo, stereo and board games. You can also cook your favorite dishes if you feel like, in the fully equipped kitchen of this home. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

The boat dock has 6 ft to 8 ft of water at low tide. While staying at this waterfront vacation rental in Marathon, you can make your vacation more exciting with many water sports such as snorkeling, SCUBA, sailing, and water skiing plus deep sea fishing, flat fishing and just fishing off our dock.

Rates vary depending on season and availability;$4,500 to $10,000 Weekly; Rental period Saturday to Saturday, except for slower season and longer rentals; Small group rates is in slower season or last minute rentals.

In addition to the rates stated above a $2000.00 security deposit is required. A $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Prices include pool heat, local phone, towels, sheets and paper products, etc.. All rates are subject to a 12.5% Florida Sales tax.
