The bedrooms are well maintained, and bathroom are well stocked with all modern amenities. If you love to cook your own meals, you will find the fully equipped kitchen matching up to your requirements. There is a private gas barbecue for you to grill up delicious fare to pamper your taste buds. Our air-conditioned vacation house has TV, cable TV, satellite TV and DVD player for you to gather over your favorite movies, music and sitcoms. To surf the web or stay in touch via emails or chat, wireless Internet access is also available. Relax at the deck in the evenings, enjoying the marvelous ocean views. Sorry, no smoking please.

Payment Policy: $500 Security deposit due to hold reservation. Rental fee, taxes (12.5%) and cleaning $125 due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is returned if property is left undammaged. Call for Holiday and Lobster rates.

Cancellation Policy: Canecllation prior to 30 days of arrival - Security deposit will be returned less $50 administrative fee, if home is re-rented. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - monies will be refunded if home is re-rented. Guest may reschedule and transfer paid funds to another week with-in a year, however no refund will be offered for 2nd cancellation.
