POLICY:
Payment Policy: USD. Deposit required. Payment expected up front. Personal Checks and Money orders are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Just let us know as soon as you know please.

Rules: NO SMOKING in condo, balcony is fine. NO Bar-b-Qing. We prefer no pets, but definitely no pets that are over 8lbs or that are not house trained are not allowed. There will be a non-refundable pet fee in addition to the deposit. The pet fee will depend on the length of stay. Please leave the condo as you found it. There is no maid service. Pet accidents may result in safety deposit being withheld. We appreciate your business. Thank you.
