Our luxury air conditioned 6 bedroom villa has 4 master bedrooms all en suite, a further 2 twin bedrooms, 51/2 bathrooms in total and sleeps 12 in comfort. The views to the rear are unobstructed and not overlooked by any other villa, and look out over the pool and jacuzzi onto a lake and a protected conservation area. There is a large lounge and a separate family room where you can share time with family and friends or watch the large TV/DVD. The fully fitted kitchen and family room open up onto the extended pool area that has a covered lanai with tables, chairs and sun loungers. You will get to enjoy the comfort of the luxuriously furnished bedrooms, four with en-suite bathrooms and all with TVs. All these amenities & space at less than the price of high quality hotel rooms! POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. Payment is also accepted in UK pounds and Euros The prices are per night and include local taxes of 13% for prices in US dollars and in Pounds Sterling. Pool and hot tub heat is optional and is charged at $140 / £80 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $95 / £50. For bookings of more than 14 days we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. Paying with your credid card via Paypal is safe, quick, convenient, you can still pay even if you do not have a Paypal account and we do not need your credit card number. Alternatively we can accept cheques.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance of the rental by the due date. Cancellation must be in writing by the party leader. For most reasons beyond your control cancellations will be covered by your travel insurance. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control we need to make changes or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, and will only be held liable to refund monies already paid by you the client. Alternatively we reserve the right to offer similar accommodation. In the event of cancellation the following charges will normally apply: 6 – 8 weeks prior 20% of rental charge 4 – 6 weeks prior 50% of rental charge Up to 4 weeks prior 75% of rental charge
