Part of the Beach View condominium complex, this Holmes Beach vacation rental by owner is an ideal base to enjoy a superb beachside vacation. Our beautiful condo is nestled amid a lush setting and is an ideal retreat for just the two of us or for the whole family. The interior decors are charming and comfortable.

Our 2 bedroom condo rental Holmes Beach comes with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed and a queen-size futon to accommodate five vacationers pleasantly. The bathrooms are well fitted, one with a showers and one with a bathtub.

The large living room of this Holmes Beach spacious condo includes facilities such as highspeed internet with Wifi, TV/DVD/VCR, cable TV, CD stereo, cassette player, board games, reading library and games for the entire family. There are two large balconies, north and south, and a sit-in kitchen, which is fully equipped to facilitate your culinary needs.

The condo is situated in a quiet side street near the white sandy beach of Anna Maria Island and has its own heated pool. Golf enthusiasts would be delighted to stay at our Holmes Beach vacation condo rental near many golf courses. The seven-mile long beach invites you to walk, roam, look for shells, watch the animals, or just lie in the sun. Altogether a friendly, sunny place for a warm vacation.

Payment Policy: Rates are in EUR. Follow-up weeks are EUR 550 and EUR 450 (main and off season, respectively). Monthly rates available. All rates in EUR. Payment is by credit card in the week before occupancy, including one-time cleaning fee of $85. Taxes of 11.5% are added to all sums.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees are pro-rated, depending on time of cancellation. See contract for details.
