If you're looking for a vacation villa close to Disney World, Orlando, Florida then look no further. Our five bedroom, four bathroom luxury villa is just 5 minutes drive away!

This is an absolutely gorgeous villa, completed in January 2004, with additions each year to make it a real home from home, from telephone and internet connection, through to updated family DVD films. 'Tropical View' is fenced on either side for seclusion, and with a view from the screened pool of conservation land - native trees and fauna. The south-facing pool area has larger-than-average decking. The villa boasts three Master bedrooms - two King suites with ensuite-facilities and a queen master bedroom and adjoining bathroom.

There are two further bedrooms with twin-size beds and shared bathroom. All bedrooms include cable television with built in DVD/VCR. For our guests' pleasure, there is a selection of family games and DVD films. For those with younger children, travel cot/playpen can be hired separately by the agents (guests need to provide their own linen). Additionally, the lounge area includes bed-settee, allowing for maximum occupancy of 12 people. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard, and fully equipped with all utensils, linens, towels, etc., For your added comfort, there is even a separate utility room and a coats cupboard! Indian Creek, the location of the villa, is a quiet community with tennis courts, play area, putting green and a multi-purpose court. It is located minutes from the Disney maingate, close to the former site of Splendid China.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars or British Pounds.

We offer the same competitive rental rate throughout the year, regardless of whether or not your holiday falls in what is traditionally regarded as the 'peak' period. We believe that this is the fair way of doing business and reflects our desire to give our guests the best service for a wonderful holiday in our Florida home.

1st Sept. 2009 to 31st Dec. 2010 $1050 per week, £650 Per Week all year round!

Prices are inclusive of all Florida sales taxes!

Discounts may be available for bookings of 2 weeks or more. If you wish to make a booking, please use the above for guidance and ring/email the owner.

A £200/$330 deposit is required to book the villa. The outstanding balance is required 6 weeks before your holiday. In addition a £125 or $200 Security deposit will be required along with your final balance to be returned to you within 21 days of your departure and subject to an inspection of the property by our management Company.(Our Terms & Conditions which will be sent to you along with a Reservation Booking Form).

Prices include all utilities, except pool heating (optional at cost of approximately £100/$160 per week, 5 night minimum at £17/$25 per night).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by guests In the event of you needing to cancel this booking, the following conditions and charges will apply 1. Cancellation in the period from reservation until 12 weeks before the vacation/holiday is due to begin, will result in the loss of one half of the booking deposit. 2. Cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks will result in full loss of the booking deposit. 3. Cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks of commencement of the vacation/holiday will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full. 4. Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the vacation/holiday is due to commence will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.
