A twin trundle bed is provided for additional sleepers. The three bathrooms are well fitted with contemporary facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook delicious home cooked meals. Superb barbecuing provisions are also available for foodies.

The living room has ample entertainment facilities including a big screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, VCR and stereo. A computer with wireless Internet access and printer is available for workaholics. This Orlando vacation home with private pool features an outdoor hot tub. You can also take advantage of pool table, PlayStation, dart board and video games. For sport buffs there are tennis courts and a volleyball court.

Our child friendly vacation house in Orlando near Disney World suits well to the requirements of families with kids. Payment Policy: All rates are in US dollars.

Payment by check / cheque, PayPal or Credit Card. Lodging Tax: 12%. Refundable Security Deposit $300.

Reservation Deposit: 20% - Full Payment due 30 days prior to arrival. The sending of the booking form confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by your occupancy of the property.

The security deposit will be fully refundable within 30 days after your departure from the property, providing there are no claims against it. In the event of any excess damage of any kind, excessive cleaning costs by our agent, the named person on the booking form will be held responsible for all additional costs which exceed the security.

Other Fees: Pool Heat optional extra $10 per day or $70 per week; Cleaning fee of $80 for stay of less than 7 nights.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Once payment is received, rates can not change for your booking. No Pets allowed. No smoking in the villa.
