Looking for somewhere special? Then look no further. Situated in the tranquil and relaxing community of Westridge our spacious beautifully decorated and furnished home will help you relax during your stay. Within the community are tennis courts, a swimming pool, childrens playround, a basket ball court and a grassy play area. This beautiful single storey villa sits on an elevated corner lot affording perfect privacy whilst relaxing in the pool and spa. When you open the door, you will be greeted with a large open foyer with high cathedral ceilings which are continued through the villa. The villa is furnished to a very high comfortable standard with ample space for our guests. It boasts air conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in every room as well as the sheltered pool area. French doors in the living room, family room and master bedroom lead to a covered lanai and screen enclosed custom pool and spa. There is a round table with four luxury cushioned chairs and four matching sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The covered lanai and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and sit and relax and muse over the memories of a hectic but enjoyable day while watching the sun set. Our home is located 12 minutes from Disney and in close proximity to 6 golf courses including Champions gate and Highlands Golf Reserve which borders our subdivision. Our home was constructed in 1996, it is 2200 square feet, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage, swimming pool, and spa. The 12’ by 17’master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, patio doors to the pool area and a beautiful master bath with garden tub and separate sink areas. The pool is completely screened in an optionally lit at night. All appliances are new and include a microwave, dishwasher and complete laundry facility. The home will be cleaned by maid service prior to your arrival.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All rates are in British Pounds. In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.The balance of the cost of your stay must be received by us not less than 56 days prior to departure (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). This date will be shown on the confirmation invoice. If you have not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in clause 6 below will be payable. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below. You must pay a security deposit of £100.00 56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you 14 days after your departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional monies required immediately on request from us.

Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your stay after the contract has begun (see clause 3 above), the party leader must immediately advise us either by cancelling online or advising us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive it in writing at our offices. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable. Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the booking excluding amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
