Spanish Key condominium is an upscale building located on 500 feet of beachfront near the Alabama-Florida State line. The FloraBama is within easy walking distance. This condo, located on the third floor, has direct views of the outdoor pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Building amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, outdoor hot tub, and gazebo with grill. Spanish Key 307 has a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third. Each bedroom has a TV with DVD player. The master bath has a his/her vanity, shower, and jetted tub. The living area is decorated in a "Margaritaville" decor.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A refundable reservation/damage deposit is due within 7 days of booking with payment in full due 30 days before scheduled arrival. A cleaning charge of $95 and applicable tax will be added to posted rates. Slightly higher rates may apply for holidays and special events.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged a fee of $50.00. Cancellations made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation, late arrival,or early departure does not warrant any refund of deposit or rent.

Rules: This is a no smoking unit. Pets are not allowed.
