POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates are quote in US Dollars. To confirm booking, you must pay a damage & security deposit: Up to 3 nights rental: $100.00 deposit. Weekly rental: 300.00 deposit. Payment can be made by PayPal, Totally Secure. (Almost all major credit cards) money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. The Balance of Rent is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date; forfeit the full advance payment and damage & reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. This is a Non Smoking and No Pets unit. Smoking on the balcony or in the unit or bringing pets in the unit will cause full loss of deposit.
