Picture yourself in a tropical cottage in the Truman Annex with sloping tin roof, lazy overhead fans, and the beach, pool, Duval Street with its unique restaurants, charming shops, creative galleries, lively clubs and interesting tourist attractions all within a short walk. Add to that the myriad of water activities from snorkeling to para sailing and you have the vacation of your dreams. Key West doesn't have high rise buildings and my cottage represents the finest of accomodations. Because this is my personal second home, you will find it is kept in impeccable condition with top of the line bed linens, kitchen utensils and the privacy of the master bedroom suite upstairs and the second bedroom and full bath downstairs. POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US $. A 20% deposit is required within 10 days of booking. This is refunded when you mail me the keys after checking out. The rent in full is due up to 60 days in advance. The deposit is not applied towards the rent.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel for any reason up to 45 days, I refund your deposit when I get another renter for your week. If you cancel in fewer than 45 days after I have received your rent check, I refund all your money when I find another renter. If I cannot, I refund your rent and keep the deposit.

Rules: There are rules for the Truman Annex Shipyard Condominium Home Owners Association which I send to you. A minimum of one week rental is required.
