POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates are quoted in US Dollar. $7,000 weekly - $21,000 monthly, plus cleaning fee and taxes. A refundable security deposit of 30% of the rental is due at the time of booking. This can be placed on a credit card. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. This must be paid with either a check or money order.
Rules: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. No Parties After 10PM. The Maximum occupancy load for any vacation rental property is 2 persons per bedroom, plus 2, if there is a sofa sleeper available. Garbage must be placed in cans with lids. The cans must be placed out for collection the evening before the scheduled pick-up. Schedules will be provided in check-in packet. Littering will not be tolerated. Garbage cans are not to be left out after pick-up. Animals, if allowed on property, must be leashed at all times if they are outside of fenced enclosure. No Parking on vacant or adjacent lots. Boats, trailers, extra vehicles may not encroach on other properties or their right of way or street right of ways.
