Royal Flamingo Villas is a private condominium operated as a vacation resort, 40 Individual villa homes each offering living, dining area, kitchen. One bedroom, one bath will accommodate 3 guests. Two bedrooms, two baths accommodate six.

Private patios as an extension of your living area allowing you to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening as you BBQ while the sun goes down. Also cast your fishing line straight from our intracoastal waterway.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.

$15.00 for each additional person per night.

25% Deposit Required On All Reservations.

We accept: M/C, VISA, DISCOVER.

Monthly rates are based on 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you cancel or shorten your reservation forty-five (45) days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded. However, should your notice reach us in less than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent that villa for the same time period.

Rules: Rental payable in full upon arrival.

No maid service on Sundays and Holidays.
