Majestic Villa has it all: If you are looking for a large home that will accommodate many guests, look no further! Located behind the gates of Emerald Waters Village, Majestic Villa offers 2 wings with plenty of space. All new furnishings in 2009 will ensure a comfortable stay! The east wing (sleeps 11) has a first floor master suite, Kitchen, and two more bedrooms on the second level. The west wing (sleeps 15) offers a spacious kitchen, LR and DR on the main level and a master suite with 2 additional bedrooms on the second level. Each wing has separate washers/dryers and every room has a TV with DVD or VHS.
Plenty of space for everyone Majestic Villa is unique because it can accommodate more guests than any other home in the area. The central location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, bike riding and site seeing. The Sandestin Outlet Mall is very close.
