Great Sunrise Views..Bold and bright colors make this home rather tropical! Large sandy area for the kids to play with a nice large platform for sunbathing. Lushly landscaped with native foliage and Palm tree's. Heated pool (heat is $200/wk additional if paid in advance $225 on arrival), lots of covered parking, gas grill, lovely screened patio overlooking the ocean. Comcast Hi Speed Internet Service. Bring your own kayaks or for $50/wk each we will supply two kayaks for your use for the week. Although there isn't any dockage at this home, the owner will provide protected dockage about 4 miles south of this home. 5 TV's, 2DVD Players, Washer/Dryer and lots of VIEWS.

Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. $500 refundable damage deposit and $25 booking fee is due within 7 days of placing the reservation. Half the rent and 12.5 % tax is due 90 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards are accepted with a $29.95 processing fee.

Cancellation Policy: 90 days prior to arrival.
