The Summit Condominium Resort is nestled among the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Every spacious one bedroom unit offers a spectacular view of the crystal blue and emerald water as it laps the white sandy beaches. All of our uniquely designed units overlook the beach front pool deck with two large swimming pools, two kiddie pools and two outdoor hot tubs surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrella picnic tables.

In addition, guests are able to enjoy our resort amenities such as tennis courts, outdoor shuffle board, and a fitness center with a dry sauna and indoor spa. Fresh frozen drinks and cold beverages are never in short supply from the Tiki Bar located on the pool deck. Whether you want to enjoy the convenience of our onsite restaurant, Bikini Bob’s, find snacks, beverages and beach supplies at The Summit Market or utilize the barbeque pits located on either side of the property, you will find there is no need to ever leave the comfort of The Summit.

$200 deposit at time of booking and full payment due on arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash and Traveler's Checks accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify immediately of any changes or cancellations. To change or cancel a reservation, please call us at 1-800-824-5048 by 5 p.m. local time at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit prepaid deposit on the credit card used to guarantee your reservation. An invalid credit card will result in a cancelled reservation.

Special Events or certain dates may require FULL or PARTIAL prepayment charged to your credit card. Cancellation policies may be different during Special Events or certain dates.
