Each of these condos is an efficiency and ideal for 2 people, but can sleep 4. Sleeper sofa and 1 queen bed. Every need is nearby, with some restaurants and shops within walking distance. Fort Myers Beach is 15 minutes away. The condo includes use of two outdoor pools, one of which is only steps from your door.

The unit has air conditioning, ceiling fans, basic cable TV, VCR/DVD, local phone and washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, front screen porch and small deck area overlooking the pool and lake. They are an easy drive from Ft. Myers airport and Interstate 75, and are situated in a 125 unit complex surrounded by neatly kept grounds, nice area neighborhoods and adjacent complexes. All rates are negotiable by day, week or month.
