\r\nWe call our two bedroom and two bath vacation rental condos in Treasure Island, Florida a tropical paradise . Part of the Resort Rentals, our condos offer best beach vacation rentals for a small family of four to six. Located on southern tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island and surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on three sides, the Lands End sits on a quiet beach with a winding wooden boardwalk that wraps around the property.

You will enjoy a host of amenities such as community swimming pool, community hot tub and community charcoal barbecue onsite. Also access two private tennis cts, volleyball court, shuffleboard court and two outdoor tennis cts for enjoyment. We also provide cable TV, high speed internet and other entertainment facilities in our condos.

Relax in the community swimming pool with family. You can play games such as tennis with friends, see baseball match on the cable TV or join friends online with internet. You will also enjoy marvelous ocean views from our Treasure Island beachfront condos.

Launch a boat from marina and sail towards the deep fishing area to catch as many fishes as you can in a day if you are not joining your friends in snorkeling. Bask in the sun on beach and cool your body by jumping into the sea at sunset. You can also experience the joy of speed by jet skiing and boating.

You can also access the attractions of Florida such as Disneyworld, Seaworld and Universal Studios for fun from our oceanfront condos in Treasure Island. Make sightseeing tours for family or take your children on a knowledge tour to museums. You can spend a day teeing off in the nearby golf courses if you are not accompanying your family to live entertainment.\r\n\r\n

POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are for a 2 bedroom bay front condo. Please add $95 cleaning/departure fee, $35 processing fee and 12% taxes. A deposit of $250/1 week, $500/2 weeks, $1,000/month and longer is due upon booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 45 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. For cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is no refund of the deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
