Escape from the daily rat race and come enjoy some time in a tropical paradise in this beautiful corner unit condo built in 1996. The giant screened lanai and multiple windows in three directions give you spectacular views with fresh Gulf breezes helping provide an "airy" atmosphere. The unit is also equipped with central air conditioning, if you prefer.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and the second bedroom twin beds which can be combined to form a king-size bed. The hide-a-bed sofa opens to provide accommodations for two more. There are ceramic tile floors in the kitchen, living and dining rooms, as well as plush wall-to-wall carpeting in both bedrooms.
The appliances in the fully-equipped kitchen include refrigerator with
ice maker, range with overhead microwave, dishwasher, and disposal as well as all dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. For your convenience, there is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Remember, you are on vacation so you need only to bring your bathing suit, loungeware, and sunglasses.
The large living room and the master bedroom both feature sliding glass
doors which open out onto the private, 30 foot by 10 foot tiled,
screened lanai. Relax on the comfortable furniture there and watch the
boaters on their way to and from fishing excursions or why not join
them? If you have a boat you wish to use during your stay, we have two boat slips available at an additional cost. Check with us for details. Fishing charters & Boat rentals are available at the Fish Tale Marina just steps away.
Be on the lookout for the not un-common sight of dolphins and manatee
swimming in the bay just below. Enjoy a swim in the 27 foot by 57 foot
pool before you take a short walk to the numerous restaurants and shops located in Santini Plaza. Or stroll across the street to the white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico for swimming, shelling or to take in the incredible sunset!
This condo is conveniently located to many activities, including golf at
the 18 hole course next door. You will be located on the quiet south end
of Estero Island with easy access to all major roads. Within a few
blocks of the unit, you’ll find a full service Publix grocery, a CVS drug store, banks, several top quality steak and seafood dining establishments, even a cinema that will serve your favorite adult beverages while you enjoy the latest first-run releases.
Want to save on the cost of a rental car? Simply take a limo or shuttle
service from the airport and use the trolley that runs up and down
Estero Boulevard from Bonita Springs to Downtown Fort Myers Beach for
only 50 cents a ride!! Our unit is located just four miles from downtown Fort Myers Beach, so a short trip gets you right into the center of the action! If you do rent a car, covered, assigned parking is included in
your rental.
