One-time cleaning fee of $65.00 per stay.
Monthly rate of $2000, no taxes or cleaning fee required.
Deposit upon reservation $100.00 per stay. Deposit will transfer to a Damage deposit upon check in, and refunded within 14 days of check out if no damage. Damage of property of Jackson King LLC is the responsbility of the renter.
Cancellation Policy: If canceling prior to 30 days of your arrival date, a full refund will be given minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit. If canceling within 30 days of your arrival date, no refund will be given.
