Our luxurious 5 bedroom vacation house in Kissimmee, Florida includes two king-size master suites, a queen-size bed, four twin beds and a queen-size sofa sleepers in the living room to accommodate 12 vacationers comfortably. For your convenience, there are four bathrooms well fitted with all the basic amenities.

The spacious family room of this Kissimmee vacation home for 10 has a sumptuous sofa, loveseat and chair to help you relax and unwind. Sit and watch your favorite movies together with the family on the large screen TV that comes with a DVD player, VCR and premium cable. POLICY:
Payment Policy: 20% Deposit required at time of reservation. Balance due 60 days before arrival. A Refundable Security Deposit of $300 is required to cover damage and breakage to the property and its contents. For full details refer to the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy: The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the rental period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Company will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee (amount shown on the booking confirmation): Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20% Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 50% Between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date 75% Less than 15 days prior to the arrival date 100%
