POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. Payment in the form of personal check if mailed in time to clear, visa, mastercard, discover, american express and paypal are accepted. Payment: If your stay is more than 8 weeks away: A deposit of $500 is required when booking your holiday villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. This deposit is non-refundable and is deducted from your total. If it is 8 weeks or less before your stay: The balance of the rental cost will be required 2 months prior to your rental period commencing. Bookings made within 2 months of your vacation commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by U.S. check or the preferred method of debit or credit card -for this we use PayPal a secure & easy method of payment.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required and non-refundable within 8 weeks of arrival, for bookings that are over 8 weeks away a $250 cancellation fee applies.
