A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN is a rental home like no other. New to the rental market (2011), this home is breathtaking in every sense of the word; the views, the decor and the seclusion will truly make for a remarkable vacation. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, central vacuum system and gorgeous bathrooms are just a few of the amenities that make this home stand out from others.
On the first level (up a flight of stairs) you will find the first 3 bedrooms which all face and have access to decks that view the Gulf. Bedroom #1 has a king bed with a 3/4 bath (shower, no tub) and a 26" TV with a DVD player. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and also a daybed with trundle. This room also has a TV/DVD player and a 1/2 bath. Bedroom #3 has one double/twin bunkbed and another double/double bunkbed. This bedroom has a full bathroom, a 32" TV w/DVD player.
On the 2nd floor of this home you will find a wide, open and gorgeous living/kitchen area. The windows are quite large and provide incredible views of the beach outside! The dining room table seats 10 and then there are 5 bar stools along the bar in the kitchen. The Reading Area has games, books and beautiful views. The living area has a 55" TV with a Blu Ray DVD player. There is also an Xbox 360. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you would need for cooking and then some! There is also a very spacious laundry room right next to the kitchen. There is a screened in and an open deck on this level which takes you out to the boardwalk leading right to the beach.
The 3rd floor of this wonderful home is solely for the master bedroom. The master bedroom has its own private deck with chairs to enjoy the views from such a wonderful spot. There is a king bed and a 3/4 bathroom. The room is also equipped with a 37" TV and a Blu Ray DVD player. This is a pet friendly home that also offers free wireless internet. |
