This new executive villa features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fenced in swimming pool. Set in a conservation area yet only 5 minutes from shops and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Disney World.
The executive two storey family home is built on one of the premium oversized lot on Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, Orlando, less than 15 minutes to all the major Disney attractions and central for all the other attractions in and around Orlando.
Cumbrian Lakes is a small executive gated community off Poinciana Boulevard of just over 300 houses set in a conservation area of 120 acres with beautiful landscaping around the houses. There are several lakes with fountains, the larger of which has a paved nature trail surrounding it. A communal children’s play area is provided and there are plenty of open spaces. Our Orlando villa offers a fully air conditioned flexible living space. It consists of 5 bedrooms, with 2 master en-suites, one King size, and the second ensuite a Queen plus two twin themed bedrooms, and then the 5th bedroom has a single twin, a sleeping capability of 9.
The lounge and two master bedrooms all have cable TV with a DVD player or VCR. In the lounge we offer a selections of family DVD's. The living room walks out to the beautiful pool area, which is fenced in so no overlooking neighbors and plenty of room to relax by the pool on those hot floridian days. |
