Located on water canal with ocean access , minutes from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike and approximately 3 miles from the beach. Approximately 10 mi (10 min ) from the Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood Int. Airport.

Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops. Mexican tiled floors thru-out except for bedrooms which are carpeted. Bathrooms are fully tiled. Great location with easy access and privacy and in a very nice neighborhood. There is a tiered deck overlooking the water which extends from the heated pool and the tiled area surrounding the pool to over the canal.

POLICY:

There is a mandatory Florida sales tax of 11%.

There is a refundable security deposit based on # of guests.

There is a $100.00 cleaning fee for less than 7 nights.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days before entry , there is a $50 charge. Between 60 -90 days there will be a 25% of rental charge and within 30 days there will no refunds.

Rules: There is no smoking within the house. Smoking outside is permitted but butts must be disposed of properly(not on ground or in planters).
