POLICY:
Payment Policy: The rates shown on this website are in US dollars. The Easter and Christmas periods incur surcharges. Our own website (www.sgbvillas.co.uk)shows the UK pound sterling rates. Pool heating is an extra $100 per week. A 10% deposit secures the booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A $375 refundable "accidental damage2 deposit is also to be paid with the balance. Payment is accepted by (i) cahsier's check to our management company, or (ii) by credit card via our Paypal account, but there is a 3% fee charged.
